01Introduction
Quickco ("Quickco", "we", "us" or "our") operates the Quickco mobile application and related services (the "Service") — a quick-commerce platform that lets you order products online from local stores and vendors near you and have them delivered in minutes.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the Service, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
02Information we collect
Information you provide to us
- Account information — your name and mobile phone number, which you verify with a one-time password (OTP), and your email address.
- Delivery addresses — the addresses you save to receive orders, including building, floor and flat details, area, a receiver name, and a label such as Home, Work or a custom name.
- Order information — the items in your cart, your order history, and any delivery notes or preferences you provide.
- Communications — information you share when you contact our support team or rate an order.
Information we collect automatically
- Location information — with your permission, your device's precise or approximate location, so we can show stores that deliver to you, set your delivery point, and help delivery partners reach you. See "Location data" below.
- Device and technical information — device model, operating system and app version, language, unique device identifiers, and network and connection details.
- Usage information — the stores and products you view and search for, items added to cart, screens visited, and how you interact with the Service.
Payment information
When you pay for an order, your payment is processed by our third-party payment partners (for example, over UPI). We receive confirmation of your transaction — such as the amount, status and a transaction reference — but we do not collect or store your full UPI credentials, card numbers or banking passwords.
03How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account and verify you by OTP.
- Show stores and products available at your location and personalise what you see.
- Process, fulfil and deliver your orders, and keep you updated on their status in real time.
- Enable delivery partners to pick up and deliver your order, including the details needed to reach you.
- Process payments, issue refunds and maintain transaction records.
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- Send service messages such as order updates, and — where permitted — offers and promotions you can opt out of.
- Detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse, security and technical issues.
- Improve and develop the Service and comply with our legal obligations.
05Location data
Quickco uses your location to detect your delivery area, show stores and products that can reach you, estimate delivery times, set and confirm your delivery point on the map, and help delivery partners navigate to you.
You can grant or revoke location access at any time in your device settings. Without it, core features such as finding nearby stores and delivering to you may not work.
07Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you and request a copy.
- Correct or update information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Request deletion of your personal information.
- Withdraw consent you have given — for example, for location or marketing — without affecting processing already carried out.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and opt out of promotional messages.
You can exercise many of these directly in the app — for example, by editing your profile or saved addresses — or by contacting us at privacy@quicko.app. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
08Data security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls and secure infrastructure — to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your data and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach where required by law.
09Data retention
We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information for longer where necessary to comply with legal, tax or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
10Children's privacy
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by other means and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
